Pause / Rewind

I just switched to Xfinity and sadly discovered that I’m only able to pause or rewind 25 minutes. It’s really annoying, especially since the service I just had allowed for 90 minutes of pause or rewind. I thought Xfinity was a world class company with top notch technology. This is not that.  Annoying!  Can this be fixed?

Can you tell me a little more about your setup? Are you using a cable box to pause and rewind live video, or is this through the Xfinity Stream app?

Thank you for clarifying. I was able to confirm that the memory card in a standard cable box does have a buffer limit of 25 minutes, so your initial observation was fairly accurate. I know the pause length increases when you are recording a show to the DVR, because the program is stored in a different location, but standard viewing is limited to 25 minutes.
