Hello @user_yb09dj, thank you for reaching out to our Forum for help regarding those features. That's definitely an odd error message, but I'll do all I can to make sure we get this taken care of. Do you have any other cable boxes that are experiencing the same issue? Also, is this issue happening during live TV, DVR, On Demand, or all content?
