Paramount +

I recently purchased Paramount+ (not through Xfinity) and would like to view on HD TV. When I enter “Paramount+” on voice command it says “Can send compatible box at no cost”. Do I need a different box to view Paramount+?

Thank you for your response. I swapped boxes at the Xfinity store to one compatible with Paramount+ and it worked.

One final question… I exchanged my Xfinity router/modem to a newer version (white box). My home internet and wifi are working but I cannot access xfinity.com using my home computer to see my Comcast email.  I can access my Comcast email from my iPhone & iPad. Everything was working prior to swapping the modem/router box. My home computer is a Dell XPS 8920 I5 running Windows 11 purchased in 2021. Do you have thoughts why I can access all internet (ie YouTube etc) but not  xfinity.com on my home computer?

@user_1902e5 There can be different reasons why you are not able to access the Xfinity website on your home computer. Let's start with the basic troubleshooting first. Can you please clear your cache and cookies, and try to access the xfinity.com site again. Have you tried a different browser?-Richard

Thank you, @user_1902e5 I appreciate you trying. Are you getting any type of error message when you try to pull up the Xfinity Website?-Richard

Had Xfinity Tech come to the house to diagnose why unable to log into Xfinity.com on home hard wired computer.  Eventually determined setting on Dell XPS Killer Control Panel designed to proritize Ethernet searches was timing out Xfinity.com searches…. Turned off setting in Killer and it worked.
