Paramount+ problems

I just got Xfinity. I used to have DIRECTV and never had any problems with Paramount+ Now I am having all kinds of problems! I noticed on the forum that you like that said that shows you that something is wrong!!! I really wanted to go back to DIRECTV!! I am going to call Xfinity tomorrow!! It is ridiculous trying to watch a show on Paramount+ you can’t hear anything half the time!! I never had this problem before!! I wish I would’ve never switched to Xfinity!!!
