Paramount Plus no longer works with Xfinity

I can no longer login to Paramount Plus using Xfinity.   I try to login with my credentials or even use the code displayed on the screen and it never lets me in.   I have to use my Roku in order to use Paramount Plus.   How can we fix this.   Other apps like Netflix and Amazon work fine.    I have reset the box several times which does not help.   Is there any solution to this?

I am, too. No problem with any other app. I can only watch Paramount + with the app on my TV which isn’t really convenient.

Still having the issue. When I go to the Paramount Xfinity site using either the code for the QR code I get the following.

Your account is now activated. Please return to your Xfinity device to start your streaming adventure.

but then the TV never updates it just stays on that screen. Using the other method to log into the TV doesn’t work either, but I can log into Paramount site and it works great on my Roku.

My exact same experience. If you have a smart tv, it might work to use the TV’s app rather than Xfinity’s app. That’s the only work around I’ve figured.

Hi there, @user_ec3761 and thread. I checked again but I do not see this as a known issue which is why we are asking so many questions. We may need to open tickets on your accounts. Have any of you tried to sign in and when it says you are signed in but the TV screen does not change, tried to reset the cable box at that point then access the app again to see if you are logged in after that? That tells me if the login cookie is making it to the box but not back into the app or if it is not making at all to the box.

If I try to login with my email address and password, it just keeps prompting for the same information. If I use incorrect information, it tells me my credentials are incorrect so it is recognizing my credentials. It just won’t sign in.
