Paramount Plus app not working

I already had a working subscription then I started getting a message to renew subscription. Went on and renewed the subscription.  Can't activate.  When I try and sign I'm in the APP it won't go past the username and password screen. If I try and use the online method logging in with the same username and password and enter the code.  It shows its activated but the screen on the TV doesn't go past showing the code. Tried multiple times both ways and still nothing. The only thing that has changed is we recieved a new XFINITY internet box. But my internet and TV work fine. Very frustrating to be paying a subscription that I can't use.

@btomkus Are you trying to access the app through the X1 / Flex box or another device?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
