Paramount + app

Why can’t you fix the problem with the paramount + app? You know it’s a problem, just fix it. The other apps work fine, a little slow but at least they’re watchable. 
Paramount + doesn’t work most of the time though xfinity but it’s fine through my phone or roku. Its very frustrating & annoying I’ve tried resetting the box & every other crazy thing you’ve said & it still doesn’t work.  correctly.

I am having the same issue. 
I can watch previously viewed programs but new programs say No Data Available. I tried one program that looked like it was going to let me view but it froze up with the RDK 03033 code.   I have restarted my system and done a system refresh. That has not helped.  My scheduled DVR is not working either for Paramount+ programs

Hello @user_0a872a!RDK-3033 is a result of occasional system and account issues. Here is a list of common solutions that can help:

Common Solutions

  1. Ensure that you have Internet connectivity and are not affected by a system outage. Go to xfinity.com/support/status or use the My Account mobile app to check for service interruptions.
  2. All of your cable connections should be tight (if applicable) and make sure that the TV Box is not in a cabinet or behind an object that might obstruct the WiFi signal.
  3. Power cycle the TV Box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes and plugging it back in.
  4. If you’re unable to power cycle the TV Box, try restarting it by saying “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote or holding down the power button on your TV Box, if applicable. For more information, please see Restart Your X1 TV Box.
