Paramount+ App on X1 Unusable
A month or more ago, it was reported there was a known memory issue on the X1 Platform with the Paramount+ Streaming App. This was communicated from the executive offices after opening a ticket.
The app is still unusable on X1. Video quality is 480p or worse. Sound is limited to Stereo.
Any word when this app will be fixed? Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, and Xfinity 4k channels all look amazing on my XG1v4.
Paramount+ is useless and I am forced to use a other device to stream Paramount now.
Any updates on getting the Paramount+ app fixed? Their support says to reach out to Comcast.
