Pairing xfinity remote to roku tv

Hi there! Are you still experiencing issues with your remote at this time? What type of remote are you using? 

A few things to keep in mind: 

• Once a remote is paired, it will only work with that one TV Box — until you factory reset it.
• If you have multiple TV Boxes, make sure you're using the remote that’s paired with the box you want to control.
• A factory reset will resolve most issues.
