Pairing remote to TCL tv

I have tried all suggested codes and and reset the remote and it still won't pair

user_otmejn Thanks for posting on our Forums. Were you able to pair the remote to the TV box, just not able to have the power/volume paired with the TV?

I unpaired the remote then tried all codes still no power or volume it's the xr15

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to the remote issues you're having pairing it to your TV. I'm confident when you have the account holder called the 800 number they'll be able to get everything taken care of for you
