Pairing remote to Samsung TV
I cannot pair my XR15 v2 UQ remote to my Samsung tv. I tried the A/D, 981 method and hit the red-to-green and then blue light, but when I press the Xfinity and info buttons together, I never get an onscreen code and the red light flashes green/red/greed/red, etc. what am I doing wrong?

@user_iqrodk Have you gotten the chance to review our remotes guide? Selecting the specific remote, then the TV brand will produce step by step instructions along with certain codes to attempt. Swapping out the batteries on the remote is another great troubleshooting step to perform. You won't get an onscreen guide for pairing our remotes to smart TVs as they can only control the basics of it such as volume and power. Our remotes are not able to move through TV menus or other navigation options.
