Pairing a XR11 v3-VTV remote to a PX013ANM DVR

I am more comfortable to use the old remote XR11 than the new XR15v2-UQ remote. I just installed the new PX013ANM DVR. I tried all types of paring, voice, hold A and B at the same time etc.

The XR11 is paired to the the Sony TV, volume, mute, on/off but not with the DVR.

Suggestions please.

sgtjdc I can understand why you want to hold onto your Xr11 remote. I would recommend checking out our remote setup page for help. There is a video that can help with the XR11. If that is still not helping to pair to your new TV box let us know.

Thank you, but the process stops after it gives me the 3 digit code to enter and I cannot enter them.

sgtjdc I am not sure where you are getting a code with only 3 digits. Our codes would be 6 digits for verification. If you follow the steps above we would be happy to help directly.
