Go to this website. Xfinity tech told us the box would only accept one remote. WRONG.
We tried following Xfinity official instructions. They didn't work. It turns out, different remotes are programed different ways, but can be paired with the new Cable box.
This website answered the question of why the remote won't pair or won't communicate with our new box.
