Currently receiving the “No Software to execute”. I believe this error message indicates that the box will need to be replaced? Just looking for verification as well as a solution outside of having to go to a store to swap them out. Thanks for any insight!

It needs to get swapped out, either by tech coming out or going to your local service center personally
