Outside TV Connection Setup

I have a small Xfinity cable for a second TV in a bedroom.  Works great in that bedroom.  I want to setup an outside TV using the same box.  I installed a splitter inside the cable box mounted on the outside of the house where the cable connects to the house. Everything in the house (Internet, Primary TV and secondary TV work fine.  But when I connect the secondary box to the splitter in the outside cable box it does not work; receive message to "tighten cables and restart box".  Doing this does not resolve the issue.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello @The_Accountant. I am sorry you hare having issues with moving a cable box outside. Are you still having issues with this, or where you able to get this resolved?

@XfinityAaron​ Yes; still having issues.  The box works fine inside using the same cables we used outside.  When connected to the splitter in the outside cable box the cable box will not load / connect to any channels.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

What we can do is get your account pulled up and see if I can talk to the cable box in the new location. If that does not work, we most likely will need to get a tech out for the new location.

This is the information from the bottom of the cable box.  NOTE - This box is NOT currently connected since I don't leave it connected outside.  
This is the second time answering this inquiry.
