Our X1 TV Box is intermittently restarting causing downtime and very slow reboot. We lost a lot of TV time today. 9 times just today.

The TV box will just shut down in the middle of a show. This has been going on for about a week now. It would intermittently just shut down as if it were going into update mode which occurs at 4AM. Just today including the 4AM update, the TV box shut down and rebooted 9 times during the day. The last reboot was at around 6PM. The main X1 box also operates very slow now when changing channels or using the VCR. It is an older box.
