Our set top box thinks we are in The Bay Area but we are in Central Ca

Hello @Josmall, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can understand how confusing and frustrating that must be. When your set-top box believes it’s located in a different region, like the Bay Area instead of Central California, since it’s been a few days, are you still experiencing issues with the incorrect channel lineup, or has that been resolved?
