Our premium channels (HBO SHO) stopped…saying not subscribed on main tv set only. We are subscribed.
Hi folks we have 2 TV sets, main, and bedroom upstairs.
The main set, all premium channels stopped working today. Local channels work. Bill is up to date, I refreshed main box, this did not work. Channels say not subscribed. We are.
The bedroom set ALL channels work. It’s only the down stairs main box.
Can anyone help? We don’t have smart phones, we are old people.

I'm sorry to hear that your premium channels stopped working and see that you stated the channels are saying you are not subscribed. I appreciate you letting us know that you have already tried refreshing the box and confirming your bill is up-to-date. May I ask if you have made any recent plan changes?

No we did not. No changes.
The issue resolved itself after about 6 hours. I don’t know why that would have happened.
First time ever. We’ve been customers for decades.
We are old people. We never use anything, DVR etc. We just watch the tv
I hope our boxes are ok..
