Have noticed recordings I do not set are on my DVR. Please provide any help!

I had it happen on a X1 XG1v1 box they gave me the was supposedly 'reconditioned/wiped'.
User Exelsior had a similar problem and had tips for removing both the 'recorded' shows and priority shows.
