Ordering a new remote
Why is it so difficult to request a new remote? I don't live close enough to a store where I can just drive there and swap out my current remote so I need to have one sent to me; however, this seems to be an impossible task. I can't seem to be able to get this accomplised no matter how hard I try. I have attempted several times to do this through the chat feature which does not work. It just keeps asking me how it can help me make changes to my account. I don't need changes made to my account. I just need a new remote. Any advice on how to get this accomplished without having to drive over an hour to a store would be great.
