Order XG1v4 box (to replace XiD-P)

I've had one XG1v4 box for a number of years and recently decided to add a second tv box and received an XiD-P. I would like to order a second XG1v4 box to replace this XiD-P box since these will be used with 4k TV's. Please let me know how best to proceed with ordering an XG1v4 box. Thanks!

Hi, @mikestep Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us for help with getting a new set-top box for your 4k TV and for allowing us the opportunity to assist. We are the perfect place to go for help with equipment concerns such as this. We have three great options to get you a new box. We can have one shipped to you for a shipping fee, schedule an installation appointment with an appointment fee, or you can simply head down to your nearest XFINITY store and swap it out. Which would work best for you?

If you could have an XG1v4 set-top box shipped to me that would be great. Thanks!
