Order status for 4K DVR
I went to my local Xfinity store to see about getting a 4K DVR. After a 30 minute wait I was told that the location (Tallahassee, Florida) did not have any 4K DVRs and I was told to call customer service to have one shipped to me. I was on the phone with customer service for 54 minutes before they gave me an order number and was told a 4K DVR would be shipped to my home address. Since then I have not received any confirmation email, and I cannot see how to check on my order status online. I just want to know when I will receive my 4K DVR. How can I check on my order status?
