Order information
I tried to order an XG1v4 TV set-top box with a coax connection to be shipped to me to replace an existing XG2v2-P box via chat. I was connected to an agent in India with marginal English ability. Apparently something was ordered since I received an email that my order is confirmed with a link to "Check out a summary of your order below or online anytime on your account." The link brought me to my account page,
but I could not find anything about my order. I have very little faith that the order is correct. How can I find out what the model number of my ordered TV set-top box actually is?
