Orange Light on Pace XID-P

I recently started to see an orange light on one of my XiD-P Non-DVR boxes. Upon plugging the device in, the light comes on. There is also no output seen on the TV used.

The likely cause of the issue was a faulty power supply. We received new equipment and it works like a charm.

Hey there, @user_rao6rs! Thanks for creating a post about this recent concern with one of your TV Boxes. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you done any other troubleshooting such as using the Xfinity App to reset/refresh the box or chat with the Xfinity Assistant?
