Orange Light on Pace XID-P
I recently started to see an orange light on one of my XiD-P Non-DVR boxes. Upon plugging the device in, the light comes on. There is also no output seen on the TV used.

The likely cause of the issue was a faulty power supply. We received new equipment and it works like a charm.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you done any other troubleshooting such as using the Xfinity App to reset/refresh the box or chat with the Xfinity Assistant?
