Ongoing technical issue…someone from Comcast please help
Several months ago I had a technical issue that nobody could solve until someone from the Advanced Support Team came to my home and fixed everything. Now I’m having the same problem again. Telephone tech support can’t fix it and I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps from the website. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops like this. I need to be put in touch with someone with the authority who can escalate the issue ASAP.
