One TV Box Showing "Status Unavailable" on website and unable to remotely restart

I have 4 TV boxes. On the Xfinity website, three show up as "Conncected" but the Xi6 box in the primary bedroom shows up as "Status Unavailable". The box seems to be working just fine, but I also noticed that if I tried to restart that box using the Xfinity website that I get a message saying "We Couldn't Reach Your Box". I do want to be able to restart that box remotely because it has frozen in the past. The box is tucked behind the TV, which is mounted on the wall. making it difficult to reach in order to restart it manually.
Also, is there any way to restart that TV box using the Xfinity app on my phone?

We appreciate you connecting with us here in our community, @asmarks about your cable boxes. I can see how it would be hard to reach to manually restart it unless your power cable was low enough. Your Xfinity app will allow you to send a signal to the cable box to restart it. I'm not sure why it's not able to connect with it, but we'll be happy to check it for you by way of your Direct Message.
