One TV box is blinking blue and not connected the other one is

I have the main box blinking blue not connecting to the Internet but the lil box upstairs is working fine

Hello @user_9fx4el I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with one of your boxes. You're with the right team for help! Have you performed any troubleshooting steps yet?

If you have our Xfinity App It's free to download. After you log in with your primary username and password you can use the bot to troubleshoot. 

Open the app. Tap the Services tab. Tap Troubleshoot TV issues. Tap the applicable option to start troubleshooting.

 

I also have a link from our famous help and support website at https://www.xfinity.com/support/

Click on TV, then troubleshoot, and from there you'll be prompted to check the connection, batteries, channel input. Can you let us know if any of those steps works for you?
