One channel (MSNBC) has a black screen and no audio

We have one channel (MSNBC) which is black with no audio.  This has happened a few times in past couple of weeks, but it was brief.  It always can back within a few minutes.  Not today -- it has been this way for last 6 hours.  Same problem on all 3 of our 3 TVs.  However, I am able to stream on our iMac.

Cables have been checked and all are tight.  I have reset our Xfinity Gateway and TV Box multiple times.

Our neighbor is not experencing this problem.

It is difficult to imagine how only one channel can be affected and not hundreds of others.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there no onscreen message or code at all? It’s absolutely possible for one channel to go out. Channels come in on different frequencies. Your gateway has nothing to do with your X1 boxes. And the source of streams and the channels on your cable box are different

you may need to call for a tech visit since it affects more than one TV.
