Same problem here in Bothell WA. I’ll just use ALL until they fix it

Seems to be a limit on total number of Favorite channels. I have over 120, and spent time removing and re-adding them all. But…now when guide view is set to “favorites”, I counted 97 total. None of my highest channel number favorites appears. What a pain in the a** Xfinity is!

I cannot access the Favorites view in the on-screen guide because it is blocked by a Quick Tip screen telling me how to add a favorite channel. I can navigate to all the other options (All Channels, Free to Me, etc.) but not to Favorites. Must be some kind of a system glitch. Have tried everything with no good result.

I’m having the same issue. The reason why the overlay is stuck on favorites quick tip is because the favorites are gone. They still show up marked by a star on the “free to me” view of the guide. But the favorites are empty. I had to scroll through the “free to me” and find my favorites. I then had to remove the favorite and add them again.

Having the same problem in Utah. I tried the hard reboot and the refresh system. Nothing worked.

I've been on the phone with tech service for over an hour and they can't fix it. Wondering if this is a national problem. the technician says others have the problem. Why isn't Xfinity doing anything?

Fixed it by going to the setting for all channels and then adding favorites all over again. It seems to work properly again and I don't get the tips message although it took some time to do all that. It was on the phone a very long time earlier and the agent kept resetting the set and then finding that it didn't do anything. Nice guy and not his fault but Xfinity should be informing their tech staff on the way to fix it rather than have them fumbling for an answer. This seems to be know problem. Later I had to call again on a related issue and the second agent, also wonderfully nice had no idea about the issue either although it has been going on for a while as this forum attests. It really seems one big disorganized organization at Xfinity. Really sad.

Amazing how the assholes at xfinity not only can't fix this, they refuse to admit it is a problem they created. Time to cut the cord.
