Not getting my 300 recording hrs

I am not receiving my 300 recording hrs I pay for each month.  My box is only getting the normal hrs. I have been online with the live agents for 5 hrs. They finally told me in the end I have the wrong box and need to exchange to th X1 box. I took the box to the local store. The worker there said it was that type of box and should of gotten the 300 hr storage. He even confirmed it was on my account. We exchanged the box anyways to a different X1 box. Got home got it set up and same thing. No extra storage of 300hrs still. Just the same as before. Spent 5hrs online and 2 hrs in store, I'm about to jump to a streaming service instead of this non help I'm getting and service I am paying for and not getting.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
