Not getting help and getting sold stuff I do not want.
I called support for help to get my bill lowered as it is just to expensive right now. I asked to remove Starz and Hulu and find me a more affordable package. So, the support person kept pushing for a more expensive package and four times tried to sell me a Samsung watch deal. They NEVER HELP ME, and did not remove the services I requested. At this point they are just trying to take my money and refusing to help lower the bill. This is just a rip off at this point...
