Not connecting to the internet

My second box is not connecting to the internet.  On the tv screen it says “connecting to entertainment equipment”.  This has been going on for an hour.  What wrong?

Howdy user_1qa7j2 👋 I appreciate you letting us know about the message that your equipment has been stuck on, and you're in the right place for help! If you're still receiving that message when attempting to watch something, does anything change if you reboot the equipment entirely?
