No wifi connection

It’s been almost a week now since I’ve had no Wi-Fi connection in my room. I’ve tried calling xfinity but no help. I got a new cable box, still nothing. I check the settings and it say I’m connected but still nothing. I can only watch streaming channels, I have a smart tv tcl and I can watch google channels. When turning on my tv it says no WiFi connection. All other tvs work just fine. Could it be the router?

Hey there, @user_u03myz. When you're referring to a new cable box do you mean a modem or one of our wireless cable boxes like the Xi6? Are you able to get an ethernet cable to the box to see if it will activate that way?
