Anyone able to get through to support? Even their support page on the web won't load. Very poor look for Xfinity? Its almost like they hate their customers....err i mean members.

Same problem! No TV but have internet and phone. Can't connect to app or website and have been calling 800 number for 3 hrs and just get a busy signal. This is no way to run a business - there AI bot system is a complete joke!!
