No television

I have a tv screen saying “Welcome connecting to your entertainment experience” but nothing else. Do I have an Xfinity issue?

user_5yjjh0 - Hello! You've reached the right place for help. Is this a new installation, or, have you been enjoying your TV services and this just happened? The Xfinity app works great to check your account status and troubleshoot errors. If you have not already; can you double-check the cable connection on the TV and also at the wall plate? Check the cables for the Gateway, or modem as well. We just want to ensure everything is nice and tightly connected.
