No Sync between picture and sound
For the past several days - ALL CHANNELS on my Comcast Cable feed (Westminster, MD) have had the video and audio operating in different time frames. The audio is being heard about 3 second BEFORE the video to which it corresponds.
I makes no difference if the source is an 'over the air' local channel or if it is a over the satellite channel.
For this I am being charged over $150 a month.

The delay exists even with the transition from SHOW to commercials. The commercial's audio starts three or more seconds BEFORE the visual reference changes to the commercial.

mmi16 It sounds like there might need to be a system refresh ran on the system. To perform a system refresh on Xfinity, navigate to the X1 Help menu or access it through the Xfinity app. On X1, press the "A" button on your remote, select "System Refresh", and then "Refresh Now". In the app, go to TV > Devices > Troubleshoot > System Refresh. A system refresh will restart all TV boxes and can take up to 20 minutes.
