No signal

I set up box correctly and turned TV on but says no signal

Hello user_evjl6w! Thank you so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the cable box and TV services. I'm sorry to read that you are receiving the no signal message. I know that can be a bummer when you want to enjoy a show.

Many times when the TV is showing no signal, the TV is on the wrong input or display. If you are using HDMI port 1 on the TV for the cable box connection, make sure that you are on the same HDMI port 1 input or display. If that is correct there could also be a signal issue or lose connection with the cable from the box to the TV. Let us know if changing the input helps out, if not we will make sure that your TV is connected and working again, so you can enjoy your programming.
