No signal for cable HDMI connection

I have a ROKU TV. My wireless internet appears to be working fine, however I am not getting a signal for the cable box.

Hi thank you for reaching out to Xfinity. I understand you are not gettin signals to your box. Where you able to switch the connection cord, like the HDMI cords?

when you hit the home button on your roku remote, look for the HDMI (at the top) 'channel' and select it. does that get your video connected?
