No SAP options availablr

I used to be able to toggle between primary and SAP audio for on demand viewing. The option has disappeared from my settings and I get a message that says “no other options available”. Ideas?

you posted in the X1 section of the forum which means your post would be about the X1 set top box platform. press down button and you can toggle SAP on/off at will. there may not be an SAP stream available.
