No Remote Code For Hisense Soundbar

I find it very hard to believe xfinity hasn’t updated their remote codes to program to a Hisense soundbar. It is very frustrating needing to use 2 remotes. When are you going to update your codes?

Good morning @Mopar57 . Two common codes for Hisense soundbars are 10748 and 11660. If these don't work, you can try the auto-search method. to auto-search, hold the "Setup" button until the light turns green.

Press the TV button and then the "Xfinity" and "Mute" buttons simultaneously until the light turns green again.

Press "9-9-1" and then press the channel up button repeatedly until the soundbar turns off.

Press the "Setup" button to lock in the code.

Neither work. I don’t under why you guys can’t just update your code list. The Hisense soundbar is a newer model and you guys have zero codes for the soundbar.

Good morning @Mopar57 we are always looking to keep our remote codes up to date. Have you tried the auto search feature?

Code search doesn’t work either. As I said earlier. You guys need to update your remote code lists.

Mopar57 while we appreciate your valuable feedback. There are countless brands for third-party devices, and the codes given in this thread are the ones that have been designated and most commonly used for this type of Hisense audio device. Please try the auto search method that was previously mentioned.
