No longer able to see my Great Courses in Last Watched list
I have a paid subscription to The Great Courses. Up until 3 days ago, when I watched a lecture and
Exited or hit Last I would see when I left off in the Last Watched list. They made it easy to go back to what I was watching. Now, they no longer appear in the Last Watched list. I thus have to search for Great Courses, scoll through the list of courses, and find the one I was watching. This makes it almost unusuable. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hello @DadMars, thanks for reaching out to us on Forums about this last watched list concern. I definitely get concerns around this and sorry to hear this has caused you some inconvenience. I would be more than happy to further assist you. For troubleshooting purposes, did you happen to reboot your cable box to see if that resolved this on your end? Unplug the power cable from the back of the cable box, wait 10 seconds, plug the power cable back in, and allow 10 mins or less for the box to reboot.

Thanks Amira,
I have tried that several times with no change. I've also tried exiting the Great Courses in several ways, including using Exit, Back, and pausing before I do either. Great Courses knows where I was when I do come back.
As I mentioned in my original post, this only started to happen a week or so ago, and I've been subscribed to and watching Great Courses since April.

Hi Mary,
I got some help, but mainly runaround. They had me rebooot and they reset the my system remotely. They then brought in "advanced" support, who did the same to no avail. Finally they told me to update my equipment. None of this helped, and I told them my guess is this capability was removed at some system update. Unfortunately they had no way to verify this. I finally gave up and cancelled my subscription. Very frustrating.
