No Live TV
I recently replaced my modem and 3 boxes. My modem and main box are working fine, but the other 2 boxes, DVRed shows and On Demand works, but there is no live TV. I called Customer Service and we've done system refresh as well as restarting and unplugging everything. They are sending out a technician tomorrow, but I wanted to see if there was any more advice I could get before they come out. I'd rather not waste their time if it's something I can fix on my end. The tv's show the channel line up, but when you click on the show, I get an error XRE-10007, Sorry we're having some trouble, restart all. Which I have done several times.
