No light on cable box

My cable box is not showing it is on.  It appears dead.

user_z1egqo - Oh no! Is it showing that it's receiving power? Have you tried troubleshooting using the Xfinity app? We can help ship equipment right here, and, you're able to swap out equipment at a nearby Xfinity service center.
