No center speaker sound with HD channels.

I am only getting stereo sound with HD stations when program is on. Sometimes preview to program will broadcast through center speaker. All non HD stations are combining through the center speaker. I have a XG1v4-A box. My setting is expert and I have changed to auto detect with the same result. Very frustrating to not be able bro hear voices well.

Sound is set to stereo

Dolby Digital

MultiEQ XT:Reference when tuned to HD stations with only front left and right speakers active

Receiver switches to Dolby Surround

With all speakers active when tuned to non HD stations with all speakers active

Some settings like the sound broadcasted from the show itself are what determine if the audio broadcasts in ATMOS. Viewing the 'Info' on the show should show if Dolby is an option.

@XfinityXanadu Atmos has nothing to do with it. There is an issue with correct audio output that just started happening within the past couple days. It has happened before. This needs engineering's attention.
