No caller id on tv
My caller id on TV isn't working. I tried unplugging both the TV box and the gateway but that didn't work.
Any other ideas?

Try using your remote and press down on the Xfinity button, then scroll to the "gear" icon,
then highlight preferences and choose OK then notifications and OK again and make sure
that Xfinity Voice is turned on.
