No Caller ID on My TV

I upgraded my xfinity gateway. Now, I cannot receive caller ID notifications on my TV. Yes, I already turned on notifications on the TV.

Any suggestions?

user_9be73k Thanks for reaching out! We may need to check to ensure the Caller ID on the TV feature is still enabled for you, or the new Gateway needs further provisioning. Please send us a direct message, so we can help. 
 
 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
