New XFinity Remotes

Totally agree with others re the cumbersome ridiculously over-engineered remotes. Being required to confirm a station one has entered by pushing center button is terribly hard for my elderly parents and a waste of time for me. And on standard remote that critical button is tiny, hard to push and invisible black on black. I got them the slightly larger accessible remote but steps still same. Re the Guide - can only see a couple new stations per page - might as well just laboriously click through one station at a time. Very POOR piece of equipment, especially for elderly whose only enjoyment and contact with the world are their tv's. Hire some designers with common sense!
