new X1 box never fully boots up

Got a new TV....X1 box would never finish booting up....exchanged the box.....same problem.....can anyone tell me wat the issue is?

has that outlet ever worked? you said you got a new TV, is this an existing/working set top box?

Hi, robertcartier. Thanks for posting! It does sound like either the cable outlet is inactive or that there isn't a strong enough signal at the outlet. We would be glad to have a technician out for you if you'd like.
