New X1 4k box has very low volume

Just had my x1 box replaced yesterday with a 4k box and the volume is extremely low. I have reset the box and checked the audio settings on the box but nothing helps. Is this normal for these boxes?

Good Morning, @user_7rzety! I am sorry to hear about the experience with the volume on the box. Do you have a 3rd party audio device connected too? I would recommend following the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/troubleshooting-audio-issues-with-xfinity-tv for further audio troubleshooting.
