New TCL TV pairing with XR15 remote, but now no other functions work - HELP!

We just got a new TCL Model 55S450F Fire TV. Today, after more research than I expected, I programmed our XR15 remote to the new TCL TV which let's us control the power, volume and mute buttons. However, I now have no other functions available on the XR15. No channel guide, no directional buttons, no Xfinity button. Nothing except volume, mute and power for the TCL TV. Please help!

The_Badger Can you try unpairing the remote, and doing it again to see if that works? Let us know if other functions are still not working.

I just bought the TCL 40S35F and am having the opposite issue. My Xfinity remote will do everything except control the volume, mute and turn TV on/off . I tried all codes listed and no luck. Any thoughts?

Hey there, @user_5320c8! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. Have you attempted to unpair the remote from the box/TV? Here are the steps to unpair the remote: For remotes without a Setup button, press and hold the A (triangle) and D (diamond) buttons at the same time for three seconds. When the status light changes from red to green, enter 9-8-1 on the remote. If the status light blinks blue twice, the pairing has been turned off.  Once it is unpaired, we would recommend attempting to pair the remote again. Please let us know if that helps with the volume!
